Joey is a fabulous host, super communication. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Comfortable and spacious. Super clean. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in Fayetteville and encourage others to do the same.

This was the perfect spot for showing a friend moving cross country what Fayetteville is all about. The location was prime & the house very unique, comfortable, clean & close to so much to do & see. Any questions I had were responded to right away. Unlike a lot of Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at there was extra coffee, detergent, bathroom supplies and other “must haves” many are missing. Had a great time and felt right at home. Will definitely return the next time I want to share the fun side of Fayetteville with friends!

This place is phenomenal! We stayed 3 days while moving my daughter to college and the location couldn't have been better. We loved being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and campus. The condo had everything we needed, and more! Joey is an exceptional host, and communicated so well that there were so questions to even ask, since we had all the information we needed. We hope to make this our go-to place when visiting Fayetteville and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet place right in the heart of the action.

Joey was a tremendous host. His place was very clean and enjoyable. It is in a great location near the U of A and lots of restaurants! We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this darling place.

Truly cannot beat the location if you’re trying to go to Dixon Street or anywhere on campus. Two dedicated parking spots is a massive plus. Would absolutely stay here again

Over all a decent place, when I got there a few items were left from the previous people but over all pretty clean. There was a pretty loud train at 4am. I expected noises from people drinking and having a good time, but not the train. Good stay if you want to refrain from driving and be right in the center of it all, overall a pretty basic air bnb.

Loved our stay! It was clean, beautiful, and had very helpful amenities. We arrived in town sooner than expected and Joey allowed us to check in a bit early. He was very responsive. Lots of food and entertainment options were within walking distance. I loved that there was a fan upstairs because I forgot to pack my sound machine.

Joeys place was absolutely incredible. It’s right in the heart of Fayetteville. You can walk everywhere you want to go. Joey is very responsive and gave us some amazing restaurants recommendations. When I return to Fayetteville I will make sure I stay at Joey’s place.

This was our second stay… and we will definitely be staying again. You can’t imagine how perfect the location is, literally on Dickson. Food, shopping, coffee bars and more, are literally steps away. And the university is very close too. The 2 story condo is equipped with most everything you could need, even a fan for white noise. The king bed in the master is super comfortable, we slept like babies. In addition, communication with Joey was impeccable. Bottom line, great place to stay.

We would recommend staying here. It was found easily and within walking distance of everything you need.

Our stay was fantastic. Right next to the main street, a block from the music venue we were there to go to (Georges Majestic). The college kids can be a little rowdy on the weekend but that was to be expected. We plan on staying here again next time we're in town! Thank you Joey!

LOCATION is amazing!!! Razorback Retreat is right in the heart of everything that's cool about Fayetteville. Dickson Street has live music, restaurants, bars and the Walton Arts Center. U of A campus is basically next door, football stadium is 15-minute walk and downtown square is 5-minute walk. Property is also one block from Frisco Trail which connects with biking and walking trails that go all over the city. Condo was comfortable, had everything we needed and felt safe with interior door. PERFECT stay for football, basketball or big campus events. Can't wait to stay here again!
